PHOTOS: Extensive Refurbishment of Jurassic Park Continues at Islands of Adventure

Over the past few months, construction crews have been working on refurbishing both Jurassic Park River Adventure and Camp Jurassic at Universal's Islands of Adventure. While the refurbishment of Jurassic Park River Adventure was completed months ago, work is still going on around Camp Jurassic, and crews are currently repainting the rockwork and the supports of the Pteranodon Flyers family coaster. Here's what has been done so far:
  • Freshly painted building exterior and splash zone rocks
  • Refinished waterfall areas
  • Painted and refinished handrails in the queue lines (almost 100 new ones!)
  • Brand new netting
  • Re-themed rockwork
These enhancements are just examples of how the extremely talented teams at the Universal Orlando Resort continue to keep these theme parks beautiful and immersive for Guests.

And that is all for now. Before concluding, remember to like us on our official Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for live updates from the parks. If you'd like to make a donation to OTPN, feel free to use the "donate" button on the sidebar. Thanks for your support.
