Florida Kitchen, The Ganachery Coming to Disney Springs

Two new dining locations were recently added to the already long list of Disney Springs offerings. The first one, a table-service restaurant called Homecoming: Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine will showcase farm-to-fork cuisine inspired by the Sunshine State and Chef Smith, who was born and raised in the town of Jasper, Fla. The menu will feature Southern favorites like homemade pimento cheese, deviled eggs, low country shrimp and grits, fried chicken, and more.

Homecoming: Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine will be operated by Millennium Management Group, which also operates Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Disney Springs West Side.

Additionally, a new chocolate shop is coming soon to The Landing. The Ganachery will be a Disney owned and operated venue specializing in custom-blended chocolates and featuring flavors from around the world. It will offer handmade ganache, bonbons, and other treats developed by Disney Chocolatiers.

Scheduled to open later this year, The Ganachery will give Guests a chance to participate in tastings as well as purchase treats to enjoy immediately or take home to savor while visiting the location.
