Disney Springs Update: Walls Everywhere (PART 5)

Welcome to PART 5 of our newest Downtown Disney/Disney Springs photo-update (PART 4 can be found HERE).

In part 4 we took a look around Pleasure Island and we started to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Marketplace area (which is the busiest section of Downtown Disney at the moment). It's now time to conclude our visit. We hope you will enjoy the rest of this new photo-report:

Construction of the new Marketplace Starbucks location continues as well:

Does this count as a Hidden Mickey?:

World of Disney:

More stores and restaurants:

A few more photos of Cap'n Jack (which was completely demolished by the time we posted this update):

The end. "It just keeps getting better":

And that is all for now. Before concluding, remember to like us on our official Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for live updates from the parks. 1. Thanks for the huge update. Is Disney Springs supposed to be complete by 2016?

  2. DD is looking a bit of a mess at the moment, worse now than when I was there 6 weeks ago. The walled walkways through Pleasure Island appeared too narrow - and that was during a relatively quiet time! Parking was troublesome: my niece was on crutches and we wanted to park reasonably close to marketplace - that proved almost impossible
How is DD handling the larger crowds at the moment? Is the construction having too great an impact?
