Chef Maneet Chauhan and Vivek Deora to Open New Indian-Inspired Restaurant at Disney Springs

Just a few days ago, the Walt Disney World Resort announced that Maneet Chauhan (the James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Network star) and Vivek Deora (international hospitality entrepreneur) are bringing their famed Indian cuisine to Disney Springs with a new restaurant called EET, which will be opening later this year.

A modern, fun Indian-focused concept, EET offers a playful, approachable take on the cuisine, combining traditional flavors with contemporary techniques and a modern flair. You may know Maneet for her judging roles on Food Network, including on the Emmy nominated show “Chopped.”
