PHOTOS: TRON Lightcycle / Run Construction Continues at the Magic Kingdom Park

Ever since Disney announced that TRON Lightcycle / Run would make its way to the Magic Kingdom Park, fans have been anxiously waiting to finally get to experience this thrilling ride. While we are still months away from its grand opening, it's undoubtedly exciting to see this massive attraction take shape in the shadow of the neighboring Space Mountain.

Today, we will take a closer lookout the construction site to see wheat's new since last time we visited the park. Enjoy!

Even though the canopy covering the outdoor portion of the attraction looks great, it's disheartening to see Disney continuing to overlook exposed show buildings. It would have been relatively easy to hide this wall, for example:

Getting closer to the attraction:

Notice the elevated walkway that leads to the attraction's entrance:

The walkway seems to be wide enough to accommodate fairly large crowds:

When it reopens to Guests, the Walt Disney World Railroad will travel through this new tunnel:

Let's take another look at the attraction from Storybook Circus:

A high berm would be necessary to hide the show building from this angle:

These small bushes will have to do, at least for now:

A small section of the canopy seems to be damaged on the surface:

The canopy can be seen from other themed areas of the park, yet it's better than seeing the show building:

That should be all for now. We will share additional photos of the Magic Kingdom Park in the coming days. Stay tuned!
