Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Dock Closing for a Few Hours on March 3

Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa should keep in mind that the resort is currently undergoing a major refurbishment that will last through 2023; as a result, some areas of the hotel may be temporarily unavailable during their stay.

As part of this project, the boat dock at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be closed briefly for engineering work March 3, from 11:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. During that time, the water taxi to Magic Kingdom Park will not be available. Guests will still be able to utilize the Resort monorail to access Magic Kingdom Park.
