PHOTOS: Getting Closer to the Opening of Fast & Furious: Supercharged

Despite the fact that the Universal Orlando Resort has still not announced the official opening date of Fast & Furious: Supercharged, the new attraction is expected to open by the end of spring at Universal Studios Florida, bringing yet another screen-based adventure to the park (don't worry, rumors about future additions are comforting). Let's take a look around the area to see what's new:

Beautiful flowers have been planted around the small plaza in front of the temporary walls:

Everything seems ready:

The fence seen near the bottom of this photo is permanent:

The countdown to the ride's opening should begin soon:

A new wait time board has been installed next to the attraction's entrance:

The former entrance of Disaster doesn't look very different now:

Colorful LED lights illuminate some of the cars that have been used in the movies:

The Custom Gear shop recently received a new, permanent sign:

Work on the back of the attraction's showbuilding has been officially completed:

Before concluding, we would also like to point out that the Fishermans Wharf sign has finally returned!:

    3. Actually, I am excited for the new ride. People who are wet blankets are a drag and shouldn't post.

    4. If this ride keeps losers away from the good rides, then I am excited for it too!

  2. I don't hate this.
It looks alright and fits the area. It's not gonna blow anyone away, it just cleans up the San Francisco area and gives it a ride.
This feels more like a C-ticket kinda ride, just something to fill up the park.
With more Harry Potter and of course Nintendo on the way, those will be what to look out for.

    1. Exactly. I'm not really excited about it either but it will its not like I have to ride it and the people in line or on the ride will just be less people crowding the areas that I am interested in. Also it fits in really well with the existing structures.
