Private Water Taxi Service Coming to the Grand Floridian

In an effort to provide additional transportation options to Guests, beginning November 7, the Walt Disney World Resort will test a private water taxi service between Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and any of the destinations found around the Seven Seas Lagoon. This service may accommodate up to 10 passengers on each boat and cost $20 each way. This private experience will complement existing Disney transportation like watercraft, monorails and buses.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS NEW WATER TAXI SERVICE:

This service will be available throughout the day, based on availability and may be pre-booked through the Recreation Team located next to Building 6 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by calling 321-318-8212.

Return service must be booked separately and may not be available from the Magic Kingdom Park. If reservations for private water taxi service reach capacity, or Guests exiting Magic Kingdom Park are wishing to return to their resort, they will still be able to  use complimentary resort transportation (which is available after the park clears or one hour after Magic Kingdom Park closes, whichever comes first).
