  1. Huh? I'm confused by the term "Disney After Hours" and the description sounds an awful lot like "Extra Magic Hours." What are they doing? Is this a party event?

  2. Nothing special like a party-just EMH "ticketed" event--of "free " ice cream and drinks. Guess if you stay offsite it might appeal to you? Otherwise sounds like a money grab.

  3. There's a reason people stay off site, too save money, paying $149 plus tax on top of your disney tickets, for an extra few hours? Genuinely mental from Disney, is there no level they wont stoop to now?

  4. When I first heard of this event I thought "mental" too but, consider you gain admission at 7pm - it might appeal to some - a very few select at that. Consider - If I were staying off property and had limited time, I might opt for the one day $150 ticket with the thought that I would have less crowds, therefore get to see more. Granted, I still think its expensive BUT - Ive been to the Halloween and Christmas Parties and still had an annual passport.

I think for some this might be worthwhile. Meanwhile, others can simply enjoy their extra magic hours - included with the resort stay.

    Have a magical day.

  5. Less crowds? Have you seen the crowds between 7pm and 11 pm? Do not see value in this for anybody. I'm suddenly turned off even going to Disney anymore.

  6. Definitely another money grab. It is kind of embarrassing on how they are grabbing every dollar possible. I won't be surprised if they start collecting the coins in the fountains throughout the parks and use it as revenue.
