Animal Kingdom Update: Rivers of Light & More (PART 2)


Welcome to the second part of our newest Animal Kingdom photo-report. As always, we invite you to go back to check out PART 1 before proceeding.
In the previous part of this update, we took a peek at the new AVATAR-themed land and the great floating mountains that will soon tower above this new area of the park; afterwards, we walked around Discovery Island to see what's changed since our last visit. Let's now continue to explore this amazing theme park.

As we reported some time ago, the roof of the Flights of Wonder theater is being completely replaced:

The temporary walls have been moved near the Theater in the Wild area, revealing a new planter:


These lights will be seen throughout the area occupied by the new amphitheater:

Before leaving, we noticed that work is being done on the aquariums inside the Rainforest Cafe:
