Universal Studios Update: Minor Projects (PART 1)

As Universal Studios Florida continues to quietly work on its new additions for the 2015 season, multiple minor projects continue to take place around the park, most of which will be overlooked by most Guests visiting the park. These smaller projects are very important, of course, as they are essential for the upkeep of the many rides, attractions, and shows present in the park. Today we would like to invite you once again to take a look around with us. Enjoy:

Up until today, work was being done in front of the entrance of Despicable Me - Minion Mayhem:

The queue entrance had to be temporarily moved during this minor project:

Earlier today, Theme Park Insite posted a photo showing the refurbished area. Moving on, we "noticed" that Shrek 4-D is actually still open. This entire area definitely needs some help:

The sound booth for the Hollywood Bowl Amphitheater was also being refurbished:

Time to move on:

These might be the last few weeks to experience Twister, so make sure to Ride it Out!:

Moving on to the New York City backlot:

The bus shelter has not returned yet:

As we reported yesterday, this section of the concrete was recently replaced to allow parade floats to pass by this area. Rumors also point to the possibility of having new floats join the parade next year:
