Epcot Update: Exploring World Showcase (PART 2)

Welcome to PART 2 of this new World Showcase photo-report, Orlando Theme Park News Readers! PART 1 can be found on our home page.
In the previous part of this update, we checked out Canada, the United Kingdom, International Gateway, France, Morocco, Japan, and The American Adventure. Now we will complete our virtual tour by visiting the African Outpost, China, Norway (which may receive major changes soon), and Mexico. Have fun!:

Before leaving the American Adventure pavilion, we stopped by the Liberty Inn:

Here's a look at the menu, which is slightly better than we remembered:

Some close-ups of a few items that are not usually sold in other generic quick-service restaurants:

Italy:

This area is constantly closed for special events:

Germany:

A lonely Snow White:

The African Outpost without its signature sign advertising the art of Andrew Mutiso:

China:

One thing is sure... the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats are going nowhere anytime soon:

Norway, soon to be a fantasy land:

The sign of the Puffin Roost never came back:

SeaVenture, also known as Maelstrom, also known as... soon-to-be-Frozen-themed-ride:

We won't miss this queue line, that's for sure:

Returning outside:

"Back, back, over the falls!":

We are going to conclude our trip with a visit to Mexico:

That was quick! The Sparkling Dessert Party check-in area is found at the World Showcase Plaza:

Duffy was supposed to be a big deal for Epcot. It looks like the excitement died down pretty quickly:

Duffy bears are now only available outside one of the Port of Entry stores:

No more bears inside...

  1. It's funny that Duffy hasn't really caught on here. He's HUGE in Japan, along with his girlfriend, Shellie May.

  2. I REALLY HOPE THE DON"T PUT IN FROZEN WHERE MALESTROM IS. It doesn't belong there. It is not a real place, it doesn't belong with real countries and real history. HORRIBLE idea! It this for sure happening?
