Discovering Florida: Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo (PART 7)

Welcome to PART 7 of this Lowry Park Zoo photo-gallery (PART 6 can be found HERE).

Let's continue to take a look around the zoo's manatee exhibit, which is really a hidden gem of the park:

The indoor portion of the exhibit looks gorgeous:

The fantastic bald eagle:

She was injured in the wild, and is therefore unable to fly.

Stingray Bay is a great little corner to feed these amazing animals. Also, it is much easier to touch them at the Lowry Park Zoo, as the tank of the exhibit is shallower than SeaWorld's:

Insects:

A Komodo dragon:

Some more areas of the park:

The Asian Gardens:

We had never seen these kinds of rhinos before:

Another baby!:

Themed walkway:

A bear:

Wow. He really is a furry guy!:

More animal species from Asia:

A tiger:

Nice:

Another Komodo dragon:

That should be all for now. We hope you enjoyed this photo-tour of Tampa's Lowry park Zoo.
