Rumor: New Nighttime Show for SeaWorld Orlando?

One of our Readers (who wishes to remain anonymous) shared with us an interesting rumor today. It looks like SeaWorld Orlando may be thinking about changing or even completely eliminating their seasonal fireworks show, known as "Reflections". That being said, you shouldn't worry too much about this, as the rumor also states that something new and better would come to replace that show (and fireworks would still be heavily involved, thankfully). Here's the complete rumor that our Reader shared with us:

"Hello, I would first like to point out that this information is coming from an internal source at SeaWorld Orlando ... For my understanding ... EITHER a new nighttime firework show will be added to the last Shamu show of the night, as a finale that will replace the existing summer firework show OR they will be adding pyrotechnics (fire balls, fireworks, etc.) to the last Shamu show of the night, and there would still be the summer firework show. From what I could gather, they were getting rid of the firework show altogether."

So, what do you think about this? What if fireworks were added to the Shamu Rocks! show? That sounds quite interesting. On the other side, I would personally still prefer to see a separate fireworks show for the park. What about you? What nighttime show would you like to see this summer at SeaWorld Orlando? Share your thoughts!

A HUGE thank you to our Reader for sharing this great rumor with us! See you soon with a new photo-report.

  1. I personally have no problem with it, but I can see PETA spinning in circles if true about the Shamu Rocks! part.
