Radiators Spring Racers at DCA: Ride-Through Video

Even though this does not pertain to any of Central Florida's attractions, we just wanted to share with you a complete ride-through video of the newest E-Ticket ride that will soon officially debut at Disney California Adventure park (the ride is currently in soft-opening mode). After you will see the video, you will understand why we posted it (Please, be aware that is is a spoiler! Do not watch it if you plan to see the attraction soon!):

Absolutely A-MA-ZING! I cannot believe how good this ride is. It is thousands of times better than Test Track or anything similar to this. I would definitely want to see this coming to Florida (yes, I am aware this will never happen). But that is my humble opinion. What do you think?

  1. I agree this is a very technologically advanced ride! With a mixture of projections and animatronics it has everything! So much better than test track! Get it in Hollywood studios or Epcot please Disney!!!!

  2. Wow! That looks like fun. I agree it is much better than Test Track. Too bad we probably won't see it at Disney World.

  4. Honestly, I can see a ride similar based on Cars/Radiator Springs coming to Hollywood Studios, but NOT anytime soon. In fact, I'd like to see Monstropolis and Monsters Inc with it's A Bug's Land too! lol, now I'm dreaming...

  5. This is incredible. I've watched loads on YouTube. I will probably never go to DCA (Florida is a big enough deal!). The detail and technology is stunning. The size of the area is huge and every video I watch I notice a new little detail. INCREDIBLE!!!

  6. This will never come to Disney World, but that's ok. The parks need to be a little different so people have a reason to visit each one. We'll have to see how the Test Track refurb comes out. Despite the layout not changing, the theming will. Can't wait...

  10. this ride is incredible! instead of re-themeing test track, this should have been brought to epcot!

  11. Why would it not come to Disney World? I could see this working out well with the Hollywood Studios theme. It actually reminds me a bit of the Dr. Seuss ride at IOA.

  12. DCA's new areas are fantastic, but this ride does not belong anywhere in Epcot. I do believe that if something similar should arrive in Orlando, the Hollywood Studios backlot would be a perfect area. Pixar Place could be easily expanded to include the Backlot Tour and much of the surrounding backlot area.

  13. This should definately have been the test track replacement, I mean it would hardly be out of place, If Nemo fitted into Epcot for the living seas pavillion, this could have worked so well...then again are disney wiling to give up sponsorship money from test track? hmmm, money money money, I guess theyd rather everyone went to DLR and needed several days and a full holiday, thereby cashing in, suckssssssssssssssss, but il def visit DLR for this, looks not too hardcore either, and im a woos for scary rides

  14. Backlot tour replacement. There's no need to replace test track.
