Disney's Coronado Springs Resort - Restaurant Tests

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will soon make some interesting tests at two of its restaurants: the Pepper Market and the Maya Grill. Here you are all the information you may want to know about these tests:

Coronado Springs Resort Pepper Market and Maya Grill Test 
December 4, 2011- January 4, 2012

From time to time, we evaluate our operation and occasionally make adjustments to meet the changing needs of our Guests. As part of that effort, the Pepper Market and Maya Grill dining locations at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will be testing some adjustments to their operations from December 4, 2011 through January 4, 2012.

The Pepper Market will transition to a true buffet style experience for breakfast and lunch beginning Dec. 4. In addition, the Maya Grill will no longer be open for breakfast; as Guests will be able to enjoy the array of breakfast offerings at the Pepper Market buffet beginning Dec. 4.There is no pricing change for Maya Grill.

The pricing for Pepper Market will be the following:

BREAKFAST:

$14.99 for adults;

$8.99 for children;

LUNCH:

$16.99 for adults;

$9.99 for children;

Pepper Market will continue to honor the Disney Dining Plan Quick-service Restaurant meal entitlement for all three meal periods (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The automatic service charge will be eliminated and an “optional tip” line will be added to the receipts (there will still be a service charge for dinner).
