Magic Kingdom update

Time for an update on the rest of the park

Let's go!:

One of my best shots of the Tronorail yet:

Yep, some of the new parking booths are still there:

The old ones:

Work being done at one of the many bus shelters at the entrance of the park:

This may just mark the beginning of a rehab of all these shelters:

New seasonal decorations are up (it's fall already!):

Work continues on the Exposition Hall:

Pretty empty:

The "Move it, shake it, Celelbrate it" parade:

These two building must have some serious problems! They've been working on them since last winter!:

The Tomorrowland planter has been refurbished:

The Tomorrowland Terrace is still behind this curtain:

It was such a slow day that the Fastpass for "Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin" was closed, and "Monsters, INC. laugh floor" closed two hours (at 8 p.m.) before the park's closing time (10 p.m.):

This is great!:

And this is even better:

Club 626 is done:

Space Mountain had a 15 minutes wait:

This looks new to me, but I'm not sure:

Some pictures of Space Mountain's post-show:

Some "Summer Nightastic!" t-shirts are still for sale:

Liberty Square:

Work continue next to the "Hall of Presidents":

They're replacing some of the bricks on the ground:

And finally,a s you know, the refurbishment of the "Liberty Tree Tavern" has been COMPLETED!:

But the rear of the restaurant is still under refurbishment:

Thanks for reading, and as usual, please post comments! Thanks!

  1. I have only been on the old Space Mountain, and in the post show, were there stuff from Horizons in there?

  2. @BB1646- I'm not sure but I could have sworn one of the bags in the baggage claim said 'Mesa Verde' I thought that had something to do with Horizons... I'm not sure I'm a little to young for that. :)

@Anyone- Why did they even build 626 in the first place? It really takes away from riding the Peoplemover. You cant hear the announcer talking to you. All I ever hear is some Disney Channel song blasting... :/

  3. They built it to be some kind of show for Stitch but the show was terrible and lasted only 6 weeks before becoming Club 626. Such a waste of money.

  4. I saw Club 626 when I was there a few weeks ago. They did some line-dancing songs, like Cha-Cha Slide, and then they ended with some Trance-type music. It just seemed odd hearing that type of music in the Magic Kingdom!
