Legal battle for Sea World's accident video

"ORLANDO -- A judge granted a temporary injunction to keep the video of the attack of a SeaWorld Orlando trainer from becoming public. Dawn Brancheau was killed two weeks ago after a killer whale grabbed her and dragged her underwater. SeaWorld Orlando’s cameras recorded the attack, and the tapes were turned over to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. The tapes would become a public record once the investigation is complete, but the family's spokesman says releasing the tapes would only worsen their grief. A hearing to confirm the injunction to keep the video private is set for March 24 at 10 a.m."
