New allergen guides are coming this month to all buffet locations at Walt Disney World Resort (with the exception of Boma—Flavors of Africa, which will begin on June 5).
This enhancement is designed to further elevate levels of service around the resort, offering additional focus and alternatives for a growing population of Guests with food allergies and intolerances. The new allergen guides address the most common dietary allergens, including gluten/wheat, milk, egg, peanut, tree nut and fish/shellfish.

Various menu strategies have been tested at select restaurants (TEST 1 | TEST 2 | TEST 3) in the past. The results from the test proved that the availability of allergen guides have significant benefits to Guests.

Be aware that the availability of allergen guides does not replace the Guest’s option to consult directly with a Special Diets Trained Cast Member regarding menu offerings suitable for their dietary requirements. Guests should continue to notify a Cast Member at the location if they have any dietary needs.
