In the past few days, Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar (the Indiana Jones-themed restaurant that recently opened in The Landing at Disney Springs) introduced two new menu items. The first one, Dr. Elsa's Shrimp BLT Flatbread, includes Chermoula-spiced shrimp, Nueke's bacon, arugula, roasted tomatoes, and basil pesto. The Squid! Why'd it have to be squid? consists of a serving of fried calamari accompanied by harissa aïoli. Be sure to stop by to try these offerings.
