  1. Beautiful park! Thanks for the updates. Wish they would get rid of those nets though.

  2. Is the Lion King show still going on and for how long?
After cancelling the parade there is already one thing less to enjoy in this park that already is scarce of entertainment for the guests. If they have a period of time that's also without the best show on property then it would be sad.

  3. Love those shots of Expedition Everest in the background. Thank you for all the great photos you take and post. Makes it a little easier when I'm not there and back in NY. Can't wait for my next trip there this Summer.

  4. Animal Kingdom really is a beautiful park. Just wish there was more to do. I know a lot of people are against Avatar but I think it will add some excitement to the park when it opens and many people will realize they needed to give it a chance. I'm guessing the park will then be open longer?

  5. One thing missing from AK is sea animals. Now hear me out please. Why not add elements from another great Disney Park, Tokyo DisneySea in that huge plot of land behind Kali River Rapids. Imagine a Journey to the Center of the Earth like volcano with the ride in it and a new version on 20k leagues under the sea going underneath it. They could have an area for dolphins and other sea life. Call it Mysterious Island like so many people have suggested. On the way there you would pass a AK version of Mystic Manor and an Adventurer's Club. Maybe also add an AQUARIUM restaurant from the same owners of Rainforrest Cafe.

  8. they never did because they know they couldn't do it better then/compete with Seaworld. also it is extremely expensive.

  9. As great of an addition as an aquatic area would be, the last anon is right. You can't compete with Seaworld in Orlando.
