Exterior Refurbishment of Disney's Wilderness Lodge Buildings to Begin June 3, 2024

Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in the coming months should keep in mind that, to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest quality standards, exterior refurbishment work will take place at Disney's Wilderness Lodge beginning June 3, 2024. Disney hasn't specified when this project will be completed, but it is expected to be mostly done by the end of the year (weather permitting).

During that time, Guests may be able to hear or see construction work taking place around the resort until the work is completed. Alternate paths of travel will also be available when walkways are impacted by this refurbishment project.
