Guests planning on visiting Universal Studios Florida should keep in mind that the following attractions will be closed for refurbishment later this year. Keep in mind that refurbishment schedules are subject to change without notice:
- E.T. Adventure: May 6 - May 15, 2024
- Revenge of the Mummy: June 17 - June 22, 2024
Both attractions received a lot of attention over the past few months (especially the E.T. Adventure, which now features a refreshed Green Planet scene), so these short refurbishments may be needed to tend to specific areas or effects that cannot be worked on while the rides operate.

I am wondering if ET is getting a new entrance area as the current one is stuffed behind Shreks swamp. I heard the preview center could be the new entrance.
ReplyDeleteI have actually always thought about this, as it would make for a much better entrance for the attraction. It would be way more visible to Guests while also not clashing with the entrance to the new DreamWorks Land! Sadly, it would most likely require the nearby Pizza QSR to close down (due to backstage issues), which is something I don't think the park wants to do right now.
