New European Riviera Dining Destination Replacing Tapa Toro Restaurant at ICON Park

A highly visible, over 8,000-square-foot anchor location in the heart of ICON Park (previously Tapa Toro,) will soon be the site of a new culinary concept from new owners Jonathan and Angelica Pluvinet of Atelier Dining Group, the parent company of Rosallie Le French Café Las Vegas and two successful Central Florida restaurants: Rosallie Le French Café Winter Garden and Mangoni Italian Market Pizza.

The Pluvinet’s fourth concept and endeavor is a full dining Mediterranean getaway of a restaurant called Helena Modern Riviera. The cuisine is inspired by the coastal flavors of the European Riviera with touches of flair from the Mediterranean Isles. The restaurant will remain open for dining as it evolves into Helena, with a soft opening on February 14 and a full transformation by Spring 2024.


Helena will feature a modern Mediterranean cuisine curated by a Michelin-recommended chef that transports guests to the riviera coasts of Italy, France and Spain. The menu will delight the senses with bright, bold and fresh flavors from branzino to lamb to watermelon and feta salad. The selection will surely be a coastal cure for the palate.

To accompany the meal, Helena Modern Riviera has created a collection of sophisticated and delicious cocktails, such as its namesake, The Helena — a beautifully refreshing drink made of Tito’s vodka with muddled fresh raspberries and basil, shaken with sour mix and egg white powder and garnished with a sweet green sugar rim.

Even the desserts are an experience, with options such as fresh tiramisu built tableside.


The brick-and-mortar of Helena is undergoing a total transformation both physically and aesthetically. Helena will rebirth into a fresh and coastal-chic vibe with comfortable and contemporary lounging areas, and an expansive patio that encourages the European tradition of al fresco dining.

Helena will feature live entertainment several nights a week that celebrates the vibrant cultures of ICON Park’s visitors. From the Spanish-inspired Gypsy Kings to Moroccan music, to lively Havana Nights, Helena will offer a variety of dinner experiences sure to captivate its patrons.


While the full transition of the restaurant is expected to be completed in Spring 2024, the soft opening launches on February 14 with a limited-seating dinner experience to showcase a taste of what is to come. The dinner event is reservation-only, limited to 120 guests and includes a prefixed menu for $110 per person.


Atelier Dining Group’s founder and owner Jonathan Pluvinet was born in France to a family steeped in the industry, with parents who owned several restaurants and a hotel in France.  Inspired by the family legacy of entrepreneurship, Pluvinet pursued a B.S. in Business, along with a full-ride sports scholarship for skiing, at The University of Nevada, Reno.  In just over 10 years, he has developed three European-inspired dining concepts and four locations in the highly competitive markets Las Vegas and Orlando. At just 26 years of age, he launched his first dining concept with Rosallie Le French Café in Las Vegas, then set his sights on Central Florida to launch two restaurants in downtown historic Winter Garden — another Rosallie Le French Café and a second concept with Mangoni Italian Market Pizza (named after his grandfather). Now 37 years old, he adds the new Helena Modern Riviera as the piece de resistance in a growing portfolio that represents the full dining scene –  from casual cafés to fine dining – with his own unique touch.
