Valet Laundry Service Now Available at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

Guests staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort  - Riverside should be aware that the resort now offers "Valet Laundry" service. Guests who would like to take advantage of this service will have to select “Housekeeping” on their Guest Room phone to place a request; afterward, Guests should deposit their items in the provided laundry bag and fill out a form (both can be found in the Guest Room closet).

Garments will be returned either the same day or the following day, based on the timing of the request:

• Guests who drop off their garments before 9 a.m. will receive them back the same day after 7 p.m.
• Guests who drop off their items after 9 a.m. will receive them back the following day after 9 a.m.

Services are charged to the room and are payable at the Front Desk upon checkout. Guests who have elected to put a credit card on file for room charges will receive an itemized bill on the morning of their departure.

As a reminder, 24-hour self-service laundry rooms are also available at this resort and can be found near each of the 5 quiet pools. Machine tokens can be purchased at these laundry rooms.
