Temporary Snack Kiosk Installed at Disney's Winter Summerland Mini Golf, Test Concluded
On Monday, November 20, a temporary kiosk was installed near the main entrance of Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf. The branded kiosk sold a variety of food & beverage items, including wine, draft beer, roasted pecans, mini churros, hot cocoa, and more. Here's the full menu that was offered (prices do not include taxes):
SNACKS:
- Mickey-Shaped Pretzel (with cheese sauce): $7.79
- Fruity Kettle Popcorn (in a box): $6.99
- Mini Cinnamon Churros: $6.79
- Roasted Almonds: $5.99
- Roasted Pecans: $5.99
BEVERAGES:
- Bottled Water (Dasani): $3.75
- Hot Cocoa (by Joffrey's Coffee): $3.79
- Copa di Vino: $13.00
- Draft Beer:
- Domestic (Bud Light): $10.00
- Premium (not offered as part of this initial test): $11.25
While the kiosk appeared to have attracted many Guests over the past few days, it seems like the test is now over, as the kiosk ceased operations on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. It is unclear whether it will return for the holidays or if it was not deemed that there wasn't enough demand to support this food & beverage location.
This is the first time ever that we recall seeing something like this being tested in this area. We will continue to keep you updated should other pilots that will take place around the Walt Disney World Resort in the future.
