Magic Kingdom Park to Close Early on January 29, 2024 Due to Special Event
Every year, the Walt Disney World Resort hosts a special after-hours event honoring Cast Members celebrating a milestone service anniversary. The next Walt Disney World Service Celebration is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Magic Kingdom Park (eligible honorees will receive their exclusive invitation approximately six to eight weeks prior to their celebration).
As a result, Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during that time should be aware that Magic Kingdom Park will close early to Day Guests. While park hours for January 2024 have not been released yet, the park typically closes at 4:30 p.m. on days when the Walt Disney World Service Celebration takes place.
