Animal Kingdom Update: Kali River Rapids Closed for Refurbishment and More (PART 3)

Thank you for joining us for part three of this detailed Disney's Animal Kingdom photo-report. While exploring Asia, we noticed that the pathway leading to the exit of Kali River Rapids is also blocked off:

 

Heading to Anandapur:

 

Some of the themed structures hiding the staging area for the infamous Disney KiteTails show are still in place:

 

We really, really hope the park will introduce a new nighttime spectacular in the near future:

 

Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain:

 

Entering the only area of the park that may not be considered as immersive:

 

We hope to hear additional information about the future of this area later this year:

 

We are very happy to report that most of DINOSAUR's special effects are now working, including the doors at the beginning of the ride (which open and close), the lasers, the full Sauropod motion, and even the chasing Carnotaurus (the effect was working Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise for us)!:

 

A portion of the wall in the queue may need some attention:

 

Overall, the ride is in much better shape now:
