Disney Genie+ Service Will Soon Include Disney PhotoPass Attraction Photos

Beginning in the next few months, Guests purchasing Disney Genie+ service will also receive digital downloads of their Disney PhotoPass photos and videos captured during an attraction experience at no additional charge.

How to redeem attraction photo downloads with Disney Genie+ service:

Once Guests purchase Disney Genie+ service, they can use a mobile device or a MagicBand+ or MagicBand to automatically link attraction photos to their My Disney Experience account. Here are a few tips:  

• Guests should make sure to sign into the My Disney Experience app. 
• Guests should keep their mobile devices out of low power mode while onboard the attraction.  
• Guests should use a mobile device with Bluetooth technology enabled for the My Disney Experience app. Please, note that an Apple Watch can't be used to automatically link attraction photos. 

NOTE: Memory Maker remains a separate product that includes access to a wider assortment of Disney PhotoPass photos, including those taken by Disney PhotoPass Cast Members throughout the theme parks, Magic Shots, Super Zoom, Tiny World, photos with characters, photos with props, seasonal photo moments, and more.

An exact launch date will be announced at a later time.
