Walt Disney World Resort Advisories and Operational Reminders for July 4, 2022

The Walt Disney World Resort is expected to be particularly busy this weekend; as a result, Guests visiting the parks and Disney Springs in the coming days (especially on July 4) should keep in mind the following operational reminders:

Park Pass Reservations
Remind Guests that they should check to see if their desired date and theme park is currently available before purchasing a ticket. To enter a theme park, Guests will need a park reservation and valid admission for that park.

Park Hopper option
The ability to visit a park using Park Hopper is subject to the park’s capacity limitations. Remind Guests to check My Disney Experience before hopping to visit another park.

Theme Parks
  • Magic Kingdom Park – On Sunday, July 3 and Monday, July 4 the park will present a special fireworks show at 9:20 p.m. Both nights will also include DJ parties throughout the park. Please note that “Disney Enchantment” will not be shown on either night. The Main Street Train Station will be available as a viewing area on a first-come, first-serve basis starting from 8:20 p.m.
  • EPCOT – For July 4, 2022, there will be a special fireworks tag following the regular nightly performance of “Harmonious.”
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios - The park will have its regular showing of its nighttime spectacular, “Wonderful World of Animation,” at 9 p.m.
  • As a reminder, there are no fireworks displays at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs.
