Balconies in the Main Building of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to Be Refurbished Starting July 18

Beginning July 18, the balconies located on the third floor of the main building of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be closed for refurbishment. Refurbishment work will take place during daytime hours (typically from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily) and is expected to be completed by mid-August. No major visual alteration are expected at this time.

As a reminder, crews are currently also working on enhancing The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa; as a result, Guests will notice construction and refurbishment work in other areas of the hotel during that time.
