New DVC Tower Coming to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort in 2024

Earlier today, the Walt Disney World Resort unveiled proposed plans for new DVC villas at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Inspired by early concepts for the resort, the Imagineers of today are honoring the past while furthering the resort story with this innovative addition. The proposed project would complement the existing resort and evoke the spirit of the Pacific Islands.

Located on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon, the new villas would join the rest of the resort in offering stunning views of the Magic Kingdom. Proposed plans also include new recreation and dining options.

Adding another DVC property at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort would offer Disney Vacation Club Members an incredible option for staying close to the magic, while making vacation memories that last a lifetime!

This proposed project is expected to be completed in late 2024. Since the Walt Disney World Resort is still in the early stages of planning, the project is not yet registered for marketing and sales. Additional details will be shared in the near future.
