New Ice Breaker Roller Coaster Officially Opening February 18 at SeaWorld Orlando

Earlier today, SeaWorld Orlando officially announced that the park's brand-new "Ice Breaker" roller coaster will officially open to all Guests on February 18, 2022! The park also confirmed that select Guests (including Annual Passholders) will have a chance to preview the ride a few weeks before its official opening.

Here's the official announcement:

The moment that our guests have been for is almost here. Get ready for uncharted chills on the all-new Ice Breaker coaster! Named after the icy Arctic summits, Ice Breaker will feature four airtime filled launches, both backwards and forwards, culminating in a reverse launch into the steepest beyond vertical drop in Florida - a 93 feet tall spike with 100-degree angle. The thrills continue as riders fly over a near vertical top hat maneuver into a series of exciting twists, turns, and airtime hills. The brand-new coaster will be located across from Wild Arctic and opens February 18, 2022.

Pass Member Previews will take place January 30 through February 15 from 12:00-4:00 p.m., depending on the pass level:

• JANUARY 30-31: Platinum Pass Members
• FEBRUARY 1-6: Platinum and Gold Pass Members
• FEBRUARY 7-13: Platinum, Gold, and Silver Pass Members
• FEBRUARY 14-15: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze Pass Members plus Fun Card holders
