In World Showcase, it appears that maintenance is being performed on the massive barges in the middle of the lagoon:
It is our hope that whatever work is being performed will allow the fountains to run all day as originally intended:
A newer Tip Board can be spotted near the bridge connecting World Celebration to World Showcase:
