Guest Experience Team Coming to Epcot on January 26, 2020

Beginning January 26, the Guest Experience Team will join the Epcot family! Just as they do at the other three Walt Disney World theme parks, the Guest Experience Team will help Guests make the most of their day at Epcot. The Guest Experience Team is an extension of Guest Relations, and will proactively assist Guests with:

• Navigating the park during our time of growth
• Booking, modifying and recovering FastPass+ selections
• Using the My Disney Experience app
• Deactivating and reactivating MagicBands

The Guest Experience Team will also help Guests view attraction wait times and provide recommendations. Cast Members on the Guest Experience Team can be easily identified by their blue shirts at the following locations:

• Future World East
• Future World West
