Window Cleaning to Impact Select Areas of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

​Guests staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge should be aware that window cleaning is scheduled to take place at Jambo House beginning Monday, June 24, 2019. This work will include cleaning of windows throughout the property.

The exterior building cleaning project is scheduled to take place Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. The Savannah overlooks and the hallways on the 6th floor may be temporarily closed during cleaning.


Guest will continue to enjoy savanna views from various locations throughout the Resort during this project including from savanna view Guest rooms, Arusha Rock, Sunset Lounge, Kuba Terrace, and Uzima Pool. Individual savanna overlooks may be temporarily closed during cleaning. The cleaning of each individual savanna overlook is expected to last less than one day.

This project does not include balcony cleaning of the fronts of Guest rooms.
