Beaches & Cream Soda Shop Closing for Refurbishment Later This Year

The Walt Disney World recently announced that the very popular Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will undergo renovation starting this summer. As part of this, the table service restaurant and to-go counter will temporarily close for refurbishment beginning in early August to December. Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is expected to reopen Winter 2019.

During this renovation, a satellite location will be available to Guests wishing to enjoy ice cream at the resort. While at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Guests may also visit Ale & Compass, Beach Club Marketplace, Hurricane Hanna’s Waterside Bar & Grill, and The Market at Ale & Compass for additional dining and dessert offerings.

Beaches & Cream Soda Shop will return with Guest favorites like flavored sodas, malted milkshakes, “hot off the grill” items, and dessert options, including the beloved Kitchen Sink. The renovated restaurant will also offer an improved experience for Guests.
