Daytona Lagoon to Expand Water Park with Two New Slides

Daytona Lagoon, Florida’s premier “family fun, family priced” water park and entertainment center, recently announced the addition of two new water park slides set to open later this summer. The first of these new additions will be a 54-foot tall, four-lane mat racer water slide will replace the once popular “Kraken’s Conquest” ride (which was severely damanged during Hurricane Irma last fall); the second will be a 54-foot tall thrilling pendulum tube water slide similar in shape to a half-pipe.

Both slides are expected to be installed and ready for use early this summer. This announcement comes on the heels of several other Daytona Lagoon enhancement projects such as the newly renovated miniature golf course, go-karts racing track, and a video game arcade with a large inventory of current and state-of-the-art games.
