Universal Studios Update: New Trees Near Fast & Furious (Part 2)

Welcome to the second part of our newest Universal Studios Florida photo-report. As always, we invite you to also check out PART 1 of this update to enjoy more photos taken around the park.
In the previous part, we walked around the entrance of the park, Production Central, New York, and parts of San Francisco. The park was very quiet, resulting in a very relaxing experience. That said, we don't have a lot of time to relax as we have to continue our tour to see what else is new.

A few small trees have been planted behind these walls:

More signs and carts were placed around San Francisco to get ready for the special event:

This vending machine doesn't sell beverages. Instead, it sells sunglasses with an embedded camera:

The facade of the former entrance of Disaster has been refurbished:

The theater housing the Animal Actors on Location show has been repainted:

As we stated on our social media pages, we think this is a weird move, as persistent rumors say the theater will be closed soon as part of the brand-new Super Nintendo World, which will replace the existing KidZone:

When will work begin on the new Super Nintendo World? Who knows...

  1. It is taking them a rather long time to get started. They'll need Nintendo once Disney gets their Star Wars and Marvel attractions up.

  2. Why aren't they using the wait time display when their app still isn't available on all platforms and there's no web version? Furthermore why keep such a large and visible sign there only to have it say "nothing to see here, use the app instead"? Oh well. At least KidZone is still operating, so there's still something left in this park that's not a screen-based simulator (at least until they knock it down for Nintendo land).

  3. Whats going to happen to Woody's Nuthouse Roller coaster? It would be a shame to loose the ride, if not in the Nintendo plans should be moved to Krusty land.
