Animal Kingdom Update: Exploring the World of Avatar (Part 1)

Pandora - The World of AVATAR opened to all Guests just a few days ago at Disney's Animal Kingdom. This new themed land is already proving to be a winner for the park thanks to the great food and beverage options available at the Satu'li Canteen (which we absolutely love) and the outstanding flight simulator known as Flight of Passage.
While there are some features that many Guests may find a bit underwhelming (Na'vi River Journey, we are looking at you), we were impressed by the beauty of this area.

Before we explore Pandora we will stop by other areas of the park:

The braille maps were updated a few days before the new land officially opened to all Guests:

The secondary pathway that leads to Pandora is now open:

The new projectors that were recently installed near the back of the Tree of Life are now operational:

A few more plants were added to hide the equipment:

This is how the area looked before the potted plants were added:

The entire park is just so beautiful:

One of the props in Asia has returned after a short refurbishment:

Kali River Rapids' stroller parking has been temporarily moved to a new location:

Are you ready to explore Pandora? As you can see, it didn't feel too crowded:

Oh, wait...

Photos don't do any justice to this area:

These floating mountains are massive:

We waited about 210 minutes to ride Flight of Passage:

It was worth it, but we will never wait this long for any ride in the future:
