CityWalk Update: Chocolate Emporium & Olympic Games

Guests planning on visiting Universal's CityWalk in the coming weeks definitely have something great to look forward to. Indeed, the new Toothsome Chocolate Emporium is slated to officially open to the general public on Monday, August 22, offering a very sweet menu that includes ice cream creations and more.
In addition to that, a temporary viewing area will continue to be available in front on the NBC Sports Grill & Brew until August 20, showing the Olympic games.

Let's take a look around the area together:

  2. Yikes. That new restaurant sure is ugly. Granted, everyone has different taste. But, I always thought that the Hard Rock Cafe building was an eyesore, too.

  3. I adore the look of the building.
I did notice that the marquee sign looks rather temporary. I get the feeling it's a place holder since it doesn't light up at night.
If Universal replaces this sign with a grandeur one, it will really tie the whole building together. Like a bow on a package.
