Preview of "The Jungle Book" Coming to Hollywood Studios

For a limited time starting March 18, a sneak peek of Disney’s all-new live-action adventure “The Jungle Book” will be presented as part of the One Man’s Dream attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, offering Guests an advance look at scenes from the film with a special introduction by director Jon Favreau.
Based on Rudyard Kipling’s timeless stories, “The Jungle Book” is an amazing adventure involving Mowgli, a man-cub who’s been raised by a family of wolves.

Mowgli discovers he is no longer welcome in the jungle when fearsome tiger Shere Khan (voice of Idris Elba) promises to eliminate the man-cub whom he sees as a threat. Guided by panther-turned-stern mentor Bagheera (voice of Ben Kingsley), and the free-spirited bear Baloo (voice of Bill Murray), Mowgli starts on a captivating journey of self-discovery encountering jungle creatures including the seductive and hypnotic Kaa (voice of Scarlett Johansson) and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken).

“The Jungle Book” seamlessly blends live-action with photorealistic CGI animals and environments, using up-to-the-minute technology and storytelling techniques to immerse audiences in an enchanting and lush world. “The Jungle Book” swings into theaters in 3D on April 15, 2016.

  1. The remake looks good. Disney has realized these older stories can be told live action, and in a bit more grown up style that doesn't scare aware kids _of a proper age_ that can enjoy the stories. I credit the Potter series for opening a lot of eyes to this.
