Epcot Update: Flower & Garden Festival Returns (PART 1)

One of the best times of the year is returning once again to Epcot! The popular "International Flower & Garden Festival" will officially begin tomorrow, bringing back hundreds of amazingly detailed topiaries, colorful flower beds, seminars, concerts, temporary play areas, food & beverage offerings, and much more.
This afternoon we will take a general look around the park to preview some of these offerings and to check on the ongoing construction projects. Enjoy!

Welcome to Epcot:

First of all, a new garden can be found near The Land pavilion, featuring edible plants and more:

In The Seas with Nemo & Friends, the Manatee area is currently closed for refurbishment:

The Circle of Life is still closed for an extended refurbishment:

A very uninspiring sign has replaced the Cast Member standing in front of the attraction's entrance:

Soarin' is also closed, as we all know:

The men's restrooms are closed as well (on the bottom floor only):

The former restrooms will be combined to form the new men's restroom:

A new elevator will soon be installed in this general area:

The Fantasia-themed garden is returning this year:

The Butterfly Garden is also returning in its usual spot:

One of our favorite views:
