Magic Kingdom Park Hub Update: Castle Ramps Progress

Work on the new castle ramps taking shape in front of Cinderella Castle has seemingly come to a halt. While plenty of progress could be seen in the past few weeks, it looks like very little is currently being done due to the parade taping on Main Street U.S.A. (the park closes late at night and then reopens earlier than usual due to this special event). That being said, some temporary bushes were placed in front of the future location of the new railings (they'll be installed soon).

Let's take a very quick look around the area:

Both ramps are still blocked:

The new lights that were recently installed look fantastic:

The faux shrubs mentioned at the beginning of this post:

And that is all for now. Before concluding, remember to like us on our official Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for live updates from the parks. Thank you for your support, and see you again soon.

  1. Thanks for the pics! You're the only one I've seen showing those blocks of bushes covering the plywood that has been temporarily installed in the railings. So funny to see!

  2. I agree with you. Those new lamps do look very nice and I'm sure add to the ambiance around the castle at night.
