Grand Floridian Resort: Expanded Victoria & Albert's Menu


Beginning Oct. 1, Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be expanding its ever exquisite dining experience. The award-winning dining room is adding a new Chef’s Degustation Menu, a series of 10 small courses featuring some of Chef Scott Hunnel’s favorite dishes inspired by the seasons and his world travels to Asia, Spain, Italy, and France. The seven-course Chef’s Tasting Menu will continued to be offered in conjunction with this new offering.


The seven-course menu will be$185 while the 10-course menu will be $235. The seven-course menu wine pairing is an additional $65 and the 10-course menu wine pairing is an additional $105.

While in the adjacent Queen Victoria Room, diners will also be offered Chef Hunnel’s 10-course menu and optional wine pairing from Victoria & Albert’s impressive wine cellar. Dinner in the Queen Victoria Room is $235, but an additional $150 for wine pairing. Here you are some of the plates offered:

  1. Ridiculously expensive, but worth doing once in your lifetime if you can, and you're a foodie. Picky eaters should probably look elsewhere (the kitchen will make you just about anything, but you won't get a discount).
