Version 3.0 of My Disney Experience App Now Available


The Walt Disney World Resort officially released version 3.0 of the "My Disney Experience" mobile application for both Android and iOS devices.
New features include the addition of the Disney PhotoPass service (Guests can now check their photos and other account details in the app), a redesigned sign-in screen that is more user-friendly, the addition of the selfie stick rules, updated park maps, and more. As mentioned above, Guests will find the following additions in version 3.0 of My Disney Experience:

Disney PhotoPass Service
The PhotoPass functionality is now accessible from the home screen or main menu Note that photos will appear with a watermark if the Guest does not own the image or have Memory Maker. Guests without Memory Maker may purchase or link an entitlement in-app by selecting a watermarked image or video. (Only the full priced Memory Maker is available. Purchase of individual images is not available through the app.)


Owned media may be saved or shared using native device options on iOS and Android devices PhotoPass cards and other RF media may be linked to add images to an account.

Redesigned Sign-In Screen (applies to Android only; previously added to iOS)
Guests may opt to view their full password as they type by selecting the Show Password checkbox

Park Rules
They now reflect that selfie sticks are no longer permitted

Park Maps
The majority of the park maps have been updated to include some of the most recent additions and changes.

The newest version of the app is now available to download from the Google Play store (for Android devices) and the iTunes App store (for iOS devices.)
