Downtown Disney: New Superstar Catering Truck Menu

One of the first new additions to open in the Downtown Disney area as part of the major Disney Springs expansion was the area known as Food Truck Park.
This small section of Downtown Disney's West Side features four different food trucks offering specialties found in each of Walt Disney World's four parks. One of these food trucks (known as Superstar Catering) is now offering a completely new menu, giving Guests a different taste of Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

New selections now available at the Superstar Catering food truck include:
  • Mushroom Flatbread with a garlic spread and balsamic mushrooms
  • Salmon B.L.T with chili lime mayonnaise and house made chips
  • Dueling Sliders with BBQ beef brisket and pulled chicken with house made chips
  • Shrimp and Lobster Macaroni and Cheese with a gouda lobster bisque sauce

  1. Do they accept the QSDP here as I wouldn't mind having the Salmon BLT.

  2. You could also pay cash or credit if you so choose. Are dining activities really based on if they take the DP?

  3. No I booked to go sept next year and I got the QSDP free for 14 nights so why would I pay for food while at Disney.

  4. First of all, you sure as heck dd not get your dining plan for free. Your room rate was rack rate which is substantially higher than non-rack (deals offered though out the year). I agree with Anonymous 1, you're shooting yourself in the foot by limiting because you got something for "free".

  5. Don't be so judgmental. There are lots of dining packages offered through the year that you can get with heavily discounted rooms. You have no idea how much they paid or whether the dining plan, free or not, is financially worth it for them.

  6. Look when the 2016 prices were released we checked out all the Mod resort prices then when the Free dinning plan was offered on the 23rd April we checked again and it was cheaper then our 1st quote. I checked it again now and it's nearly £400 pounds more money.
