Animal Kingdom Update: Amazing Theming (PART 3)

Welcome to PART 3 of our latest Disney's Animal Kingdom photo-report, Orlando Theme Park News Readers. PART 2 of this same update can be found by clicking here.

In part 2 we enjoyed a few more behind-the-wall photos of the new Festival of the Lion King theater, as well as some photos of the beautiful animals and scenery that can be seen during the Kilimanjaro Safaris. Let's conclude this update:

A few more Festival of the Lion King theater photos for you, taken from a bridge:

Moving on to Asia:

One of the quick-service location still has scaffolding behind. We don't know why:

A beautiful (and unusual) bird. It looks like a mockingbird, but its colors are darker:

A stroll around Asia:

Nothing new happening around the Discovery River:

Dino Land U.S.A.:

Donald's new meet-and-greet location:

He has a new canopy and themed props:

DINOSAUR:

It looks like some trees and plants were recently removed, because we don't remember seeing the ride's showbuilding before:

Back in Discovery Island:

It looks like this building (housing restrooms) was recently repainted:

The former Stand-by entrance of the Character Landing meet-and-greet area will soon become a FastPass+ entrance:

Sadly it is time to leave, but we first stopped by the Adventurers Outpost to say goodbye to Mickey and Minnie:
