Meet-and-Greet Adjustments at Animal Kingdom
If you love meeting your favorite Disney characters at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, take note of the fact that there will be multiple entertainment changes taking place around the park during the month of May:
May 5-11Pocahontas will greet Guests on Discovery Island.
May 5 - 14
King Louie and Baloo will meet Guests at Bradley Falls and others in Camp Minnie-Mickey.
May 9
Eeyore's last day in the park.
May 10-11
Discovery Island Character Landing closed for refurbishment. Pooh and Tigger will greet Guests in Camp Minnie-Mickey.
May 15
Adventurers Outpost opens on Discovery Island and becomes the greeting location for Mickey and Minnie (note that this date was recently changed, as the Adventurer Outpost was originally scheduled to open on May 12).
