Cabana Bay Beach Resort Update - March 25, 2013

A few days ago, after visiting both parks of the Universal Orlando Resort, we got a glimpse of the progress that has been made in the past few months in the future location of Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Here you are a few photos (NOTE: sorry for the low quality of the pictures, but we were not able to stop, and the car had to move quickly due to traffic. Also, these photos were taken from the passenger's seat.):

As you can see, they are already working on the fourth floor:

Nothing seems to be taking place in the lot situated behind the future hotel:

On the other side, we noticed that a lot of dirt is being moved in the empty lot located right next to Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort. Hopefully work on the new (rumored) water park will start soon!

We are planning to be back to the area to check the status of the work in the next two weeks. Stay tuned.
